From the Merritt Parkway Northbound: Take Exit 38, and turn right at the bottom of the ramp onto Rt. 123 N.  Go under the Merritt Parkway, and turn right at the first traffic light onto Carter Street.  Follow to end.  NCMT is on the right.

From the Merritt Parkway Southbound: Take Exit 38 and at the bottom of the ramp, continue straight onto Carter Street.  Follow to end.  NCMT is on the right.
